                                                            THIS PUBLIC HEARING IS CANCELLED

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and D&B Engineers and Architects, PC, 330 Crossways Park Drive, Woodbury, New York  11797 for EHSCONS-15: Environmental Health and Safety Management Services.  The Contract term shall be 1,095 consecutive calendar days with an option to renew for 365 days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $767,730.29—Location: Citywide: Pin 82616P00002

 

Contract was selected by  Competitive Sealed Proposal pursuant to Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.

 

Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if DEP does not receive, by August 10, 2016, from any individual a written request to speak at this hearing, then DEP need not conduct this hearing. Written notice should be sent to Ms. Debra Butlien, NYCDEP, 59-17 Junction Blvd., 17th Floor, Flushing, NY 11373 or via email to dbutlien@dep.nyc.gov.

 

A copy of the Contracts may be inspected at the Department of Environmental Protection, 59-17 Junction Boulevard, Flushing, New York, 11373, on the 17th Floor Bid Room, on business days from August 5, 2016 to August 18, 2016 between the hours of 9:30 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. and from 1:00 P.M -4:00 P.M.
