IN THE MATTER OF an application submitted by Rothkrug Rothkrug & Spector LLP on behalf of Barone Properties, Inc., pursuant to Sections 72-01 and 72-22 of the New York City Zoning Resolution, for an extension of term of a variance previously granted permitting the use of the basement and first floor of an existing mixed-use building as an eating and drinking establishment (UG6) and a waiver of the Board’s Rules of Practice and Procedure within an R3-2 district located at 189-11 Northern Boulevard, Block 5365 Lot 5, Zoning Map10d, Bayside, Borough of Queens.
