BID EXTENSION: CORRECTION: Please be advised that any inquiries concerning this RFEI should be directed by e-mail, under the subject line “PSM RFEI Q and A”, to nrahman@dot.nyc.gov.

A pre-submission meeting will be held at 2:30pm EST on March 28, 2016 at NYCDOT, 55 Water Street- Ground Floor, Bid Room A, New York, NY 10041. Optional Teleconference will be available for potential vendors who are unable to attend. If you are interested in attending via Teleconference, please submit your request in writing to nrahman@dot.nyc.gov for the Teleconference Bridge information. Attendance by potential vendors is optional but recommended by the Agency. All questions and requests for additional information concerning the pre­ submission meeting should be directed to the Authorized Agency Contact Person. The deadline for submission of written requests for clarification is April1 8, 2016 at 2:00p.m. EST. NYCDOT will circulate questions and answers, including those asked at the pre-submission meeting, to respondents who provide e-mail addresses no later than May 9, 2016.
