BID EXTENSION: NYCEM is seeking the services of a third-party logistics (3PL) provider to manage the Emergency Supply Stockpile (ESS), the start-up packages for the Commodity Distribution Point (CDP) Program, and Staging Operations Stockpile, while additionally supporting NYCEM’s Citywide Logistics Program (CLP) with labor teams, auxiliary transportation services, and consulting services, as required.
