NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held in the Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, Room 800, on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 10 A.M. on the following items:

 

  1. IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Office of the NYC Comptroller, as Custodian of the Funds of the New York City Retirement Systems, including the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, the New York City Fire Department Pension Fund, Subchapter Two, the New York City Board of Education Retirement System, the New York City Police Pension Fund, Subchapter Two and the Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York, (the “Systems”) and such other additional Systems, funds and accounts as may be designated in writing from time to time by the Comptroller, and Ares Management LLC, with its principal place of business at 245 Park Avenue, 44th Floor, New York, NY 10167, for a pool of Bank Loan Investment Management Services. The term of the contract will commence on or about July 1, 2016 and will end June 30, 2019.  The amount of the contract is not to exceed an estimated $8,085,000. PIN 015-16817401 FI

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Office of the NYC Comptroller, as Custodian of the Funds of the New York City Retirement Systems, including the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, the New York City Fire Department Pension Fund, Subchapter Two, the New York City Board of Education Retirement System, the New York City Police Pension Fund, Subchapter Two and the Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York, (the “Systems”) and such other additional Systems, funds and accounts as may be designated in writing from time to time by the Comptroller, and Crescent Capital Group LP, with its principal place of business at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 4600, New York, NY 10020, for a pool of Bank Loan Investment Management Services. IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Office of the NYC Comptroller, as Custodian of the Funds of the New York City Retirement Systems, including the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, the New York City Fire Department Pension Fund, Subchapter Two, the New York City Board of Education Retirement System, the New York City Police Pension Fund, Subchapter Two and the Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York, (the “Systems”) and such other additional Systems, funds and accounts as may be designated in writing from time to time by the Comptroller, and Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Trust Company, with its principal place of business at 900 Salem Street, , Smithfield, RI 02917, for a pool of Bank Loan Investment Management Services. IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Office of the NYC Comptroller, as Custodian of the Funds of the New York City Retirement Systems, including the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, the New York City Fire Department Pension Fund, Subchapter Two, the New York City Board of Education Retirement System, the New York City Police Pension Fund, Subchapter Two and the Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York, (the “Systems”) and such other additional Systems, funds and accounts as may be designated in writing from time to time by the Comptroller, and PineBridge Investments LLC, with its principal place of business at 399 Park Ave, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10022, for a pool of Bank Loan Investment Management Services. The term of the contract will commence on or about July 1, 2016 and will end June 30, 2019.  The amount of the contract is not to exceed an estimated $6,202,000. PIN 015-16817404 FI

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Office of the NYC Comptroller, as Custodian of the Funds of the New York City Retirement Systems, including the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, the New York City Fire Department Pension Fund, Subchapter Two, the New York City Board of Education Retirement System, the New York City Police Pension Fund, Subchapter Two and the Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York, (the “Systems”) and such other additional Systems, funds and accounts as may be designated in writing from time to time by the Comptroller, and Sankaty Advisors LLC, with its principal place of business at 590 Madison Avenue, 42nd Floor, New York, NY 10022, for a pool of Bank Loan Investment Management Services. The term of the contract will commence on or about July 1, 2016 and will end June 30, 2019.  The amount of the contract is not to exceed an estimated $6,360,000. PIN 015-16817405 FI

 

The proposed contractors were selected pursuant to a Negotiated Acquisition in accordance with Section 3-04 of the PPB Rules.
