Bid documents are available for a fee of $100.00 in the Blueprint Room, Room #64, Olmsted Center, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The fee is payable by company check or money order to the City of NY, Parks and Recreation. A separate check/money order is required for each project. The Company name, address and telephone number as well as the project contract number must appear on the check/money order. Bidders should ensure that the correct company name, address, telephone and fax numbers are submitted by your company/messenger service when picking up bid documents.
This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013.
Bidders are hereby advised that this contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (”PLA”)Covering Specified Renovation and Rehabilitation of City Owned Buildings and Structures entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York “BCTC”) affiliated local unions. Please refer to the bid documents for further information.
