There is a PENDING Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this project. The PLA will be binding on the Contractor and Subcontractors of all tiers. The MWBE participation requirement for this project is 30 percent of which 18 percent shall be MBE and 12 percent shall be WBE. The estimated construction cost for this bid package is $4,200,000 - $4,500,000. Bids will be opened at the offices of the City University of New York (CUNY) located at 555 West 57th Street New York, N.Y. 10019, 16th Floor Conference Room on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 3:00 PM.
