Description
DOHMH intends to enter into a sole source contract with FujiFilm Medical Systems USA, Inc. for the provision of hardware and software technical support and maintenance services that will assist in preventing the spread of tuberculosis (”TB”) with the intention of eliminating TB as a public health problem in New York City. DOHMH utilizes the FujiFilm Synapse Archiving Communications System (”PACS”) in its clinics to view x-rays performed on patients being treated for suspected or diagnosed TB as well as those being evaluated for latent TB therapy. DOHMH has determined that FujiFilm Medical System is a sole source vendor as its system is proprietary to the Fujifilm hardware and software licenses that require maintenance and technical support. Any vendor that believes it can provide the proposed services is invited to submit an expression of intent via email, which must be received by no later than March 30, 2016 by 2:00PM EST. Any questions regarding this sole source contract should be addressed in writing to the contracting officer identified below.
