Vendors interested in responding to this Negotiated Acquisition Solicitation shall be asked to complete the Expression of Interest Form (Attachment A of the Negotiated Acquisition Solicitation document) and the additional attachments specified in the Negotiated Acquisition Solicitation Document.

This Negotiated Acquisition Solicitation Document seeking Expressions of Interest to perform these consulting services must be obtained directly from the ACS in person or by downloading it from the ACS web site, www.nyc.gov/acs and clicking “Business Opportunities.” If you obtain a copy of this Negotiated Acquisition Solicitation Document from any other source, you will not be registered as a potential proposer and will not receive any addenda ACS may issue following release of this solicitation, which may affect the requirements and/or terms.

Description
Through this Negotiated Acquisition (NA) Solicitation, ACS is seeking to procure juvenile justice consulting services which will aid senior ACS staff in drafting, revising, and operationalizing approximately 30 policies per year for ACS’ Division of Youth and Family Justice (“DYFJ”). Additionally, the consultant would be working closely with ACS’ Satterwhite Training Academy to integrate the new policies into the DYFJ training curriculum.
