Loop South, 3rd Floor, Bellaire, Texas 77401, to provide perpetual software license maintenance for Law Manager Products. The term of the contract shall be from May 2, 2016 to May 1, 2019, and parties may agree in writing
to extend the Agreement for up to three one-year renewal options. The contract amount is $12,637,254.00.
