Soliciting the services of a General Contractor to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the renovation and new construction of two existing data centers and related work for the migration of IT equipment located at two CUNY-leased buildings in Manhattan. Work to is to be completed in two phases and include but not be limited to temporary phasing work and temporary utilities, hazardous materials abatement, demolition of existing spaces, new roofing, structural steel, HVAC systems, plumbing work, emergency generator work, hoisting and rigging, computer room flooring, computer room cabinets, casework, partitions, walls, doors, frames, hardware, electrical modifications, information technology and communications wiring, IT equipment installation and transportation, and finishes as required by the plans and specifications.
