NEW YORK CITY TAXI AND LIMOUSINE COMMISSION

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016, in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor,  Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission and Applus Technologies, Inc.,

444 N. Michigan Avenue – Suite 1110, Chicago, Illinois 60611, for the implementation and maintenance services for an automated inspection system for the NYC TLC.  The contract shall be in the amount of $5,993,056.00.  The term of the contract shall be eight years from the date of written Notice to Proceed, with two renewal options of three years each.

The proposed contract is being awarded by means of the Competitive Sealed Proposals Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract will be available for inspection by members of the public between December 31, 2015  and January  14, 2016, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission, 33 Beaver Street, 22nd Floor, New York, NY 10004.
