In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use the Negotiated Acquisition process to extend the subject contract`s term to ensure continuity of services. The term of the contract is projected to be from October 1 2014 through September 30, 2015.
