Description
The New York City Emergency Management Department (NYCEMD) utilizes E-Team, an essential tool to the agency`s operations, from NC4 Public Sector, LLC. The agency plans and prepares for emergencies, educates the public about preparedness, coordinates emergency response and recovery and collects and disseminates emergency information. Thus, NYCEMD believes it is in the best interest of the City to continue to obtain support and maintenance services, receive software enhancements and upgrades from the current contractor.
