Description
The New York City Emergency Management Department (NYCEM) utilizes E-Team, an essential tool to the agency`s operations, from NC4 Public Sector LLC. The agency plans and prepares for emergencies, educates the public about preparedness, coordinates emergency response and recovery, and collects and disseminates emergency information. Thus, NYCEM believes it is in the best interest of the City to continue to obtain support and maintenance services, receive software enhancements and upgrades from the current contractor. Continuing to work with NC4 will avoid an interruption in these critical services.

Anyone who wishes to speak at this public hearing should request to do so in writing. The written request must be received by the Agency within 5 business days after publication of this notice. Written request should be sent to Althea Samuels, Deputy Agency Chief Contracting Officer at the New York City Emergency Management Department, Procurement Unit, 165 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York 11201/procurement@oem.nyc.gov.
