Description
In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Rules of the Franchise and Concession Review Committee (“FCRC”) NYC and Company Inc. on behalf of the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for licensing domestic rights for the manufacture, sale and distribution of products bearing the City’s intellectual property throughout North America (defined as the United States, its territories, possessions and military posts, and Canada).
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than January 16, 2015 at 4pm EST. There will be a recommended pre-proposal conference on December 16, 2014 at 1:00pm EST. We will be meeting at NYC and Company’s offices, located at 810 Seventh Ave, 3rd Floor, New York, New York. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended pre-proposal conference.
Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained, at no cost, commencing on December 1, 2014 through January 16, 2015 between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays at NYC and Company’s Office located at , 810 Seventh Ave.,3rd floor, New York, NY 10019.
