NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at the Offices of the New York City Law Department (“Department”), located at 100 Church Street, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 A.M., on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF the proposed extension contract between the Department and Diamond Reporting, Inc., located at 16 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11241, for provision of Standard Litigation-Related Court Reporting Services.  The cost of the contract is an amount not to exceed $500,000.  The contract term shall be from April 15, 2014 through October 14, 2014.  PIN 02514X003277; E-PIN 02507P0006CNVN002.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected for award by the negotiated acquisition extension method of source selection, pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the New York City Law Department, 100 Church Street Messenger Center, 100 Church Street, New York, NY, 10007, from June 16, 2014 through July 1, 2014, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
