The Manhattan Borough Board will meet Thursday, May 15, 2014, at 8:30 A.M. in the Manhattan Borough President's Office, 1 Centre Street, 19th Floor South, New York, N.Y. The meeting will include a vote on a resolution approving a lease from the City of New York to the New York City Land Development Corporation (“NYCLDC”) and an assignment of lease to the Nut Box, LLC, or an affiliate, for commercial space located at 2724 Broadway, New York, N.Y. 10025, Storefront Unit – 2, Block 1876, Part of Lot 20, pursuant to New York City Charter Section 384(b)(4).
