NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held in the Municipal Building, One Centre Street, Room 2500 North on April 18, 2014 at 10am on the matter of a proposed contract between the Office of the Comptroller and the Bank of New York Mellon, 1 Wall Street, NY NY 10286 for the provision of Fiscal Agent, Tender Agent and Escrow Agent Services. The term of the contract will be for four (4) years and will end on March 31, 2018 with options to renew. The amount of the contract is $1,400,000.

The proposed contractor was selected pursuant to a competitive sealed process in accordance with Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.
A copy of the contract, or excerpts thereof, can be seen at the Office of the Comptroller, One Centre Street, Room 2500 North, NY NY 10007, during business hours Monday through Friday excluding holidays, up until the date and time of the hearing.
