Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Transportation of the City of New York and the Mount Sinai Hospital, One Gustav Levy Place, New York, New York, 10029, for Parking Lot modifications and other improvements through this Patient Access Development Project for a Mount Sinai location in Long Island City, Queens. The contract amount shall be $737,946.  The contract term shall be 365 Consecutive Calendar Days from date of Written Notice to Proceed.  PIN #:  84113QUTR747, E-PIN #:  84113R0002001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Required Authorized Source Selection  Method, pursuant to Section 1-02(d)(2) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules..  

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract will be available for inspection at the Department of Transportation, Office of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer at 55 Water Street, Room 825, New York, NY 10041, from November 29, 2013 to December 12, 2013, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays.
