Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2013, in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract renewal between the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and Signal Perfection Ltd., dba SPL Integrated Solutions (SPL), principal office located at 8 West 38th Street, New York, NY 10018, for the provision of ongoing maintenance, support, repair, and if necessary, firmware, software and equipment upgrade of systems installed at OEM headquarters, the Mayor’s Office Teleconference Center and NYPD locations, which include the New York Police Department (NYPD) Executive Command Center, Real Time Command Center, and the Joint Operations Center. The total amount of the contract is $4,351,750. (Maintenance and support shall not exceed $3,751,750, $100,000 has been allocated for the capacity for non-warranty costs and $500,000 has been apportioned to fund design, installation and other upgrade or enhancement work).

The contract term shall be from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2018.

The proposed contract is being renewed, pursuant to Section 4-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules. 

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Office of Emergency Management, 165 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY 11201, on business days, from November 29, 2013 to December 12, 2013, excluding weekends and holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
