Description
The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), on behalf of the Division of Academics, Performance and Support, is seeking proposals for student assessments and related assessment administration support services for the NYCDOE`s English Language Learners periodic assessment program.
The successful proposer will provide services under one or more of the following four RFP components:
• Component 1: English Language Learner Baseline Periodic Assessments
• Component 2: Independent Formative Language Assessments
• Component 3: Universal English Language Development Rubrics
• Component 4: Native Language Tasks
Detailed component descriptions and requirements are provided in the RFP.
The RFP may result in award of multiple requirements contract for a base term of three (3) years. The NYCDOE reserves the unilateral option to extend the contract for two (2) additional 1-year periods. It is anticipated that services will commence in the summer of 2014.
