NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013, at 125 Worth Street, 2^nd Floor Auditorium, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Law Department and HC2, Inc., located at 575 Madison Avenue, 3^rd Floor, New York, NY 10022, for the provision of Temporary Attorney Services.   The cost of the contract is an amount not to exceed $5,270,054.  The contract term shall be from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016.  PIN #: 02513X1000B8, E-PIN #: 2513N046002.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by means of Negotiated Acquisition, pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the New York City Law Department, 100 Church Street, Messenger Center (located at street leveling the middle of the block on the Park Place side of 100 Church Street), New York, New York 10007, from November 12, 2014 to November 14, 2013, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
