NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING, in accordance with Section  1301(2)(g) of the New York City Charter, will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, commencing at 10:00 A.M., at Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Borough of Manhattan, New York, New York 10007 in the matter of a proposed lease between The City of New York (the “City”) and New York Wheel LLC which provides for the lease of City-owned property consisting of a parcel of land identified as Block 2, portion of Lot 20  on the Tax Map for the Borough of Staten Island (the “North Site”). The North Site is located adjacent to the Richmond County Bank Ballpark and bounded by Richmond Terrace and Bank Street in the Borough of Staten Island. The proposed term of the lease will be twenty-five (25) years from the commencement date of the lease, with six options to extend the term up to ninety-nine (99) years (inclusive of the initial term). A draft copy of the proposed lease will be available for inspection at New York City Economic Development Corporation, 110 William Street, Borough of Manhattan, New York, New York 10038, commencing on November 8, 2013 through December 10, 2013, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.
