NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on  Wednesday, November 27, 2013, 156 William Street 2nd Floor Auditorium, Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 A.M on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of the proposed contract between the Department of Youth and Community Development and the Contractor listed below to provide the following services:  Comprehensive intake, mental, physical and emotional health client assessment, Case Management Referrals to other agencies when needed; mental health support and individual counseling. The Contractor’s PIN number and contract amount is indicated below. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 with no option to renew.

The proposed contractor is being funded by City Council Discretionary Funds, pursuant to Section 1-02(e) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A Draft of the contract may be inspected at the Department of Youth and Community Development , Office of the ACCO, 156 William Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10038, on business days, from November 12, 2013, to November 27, 2013, excluding Holidays, from 10:00 A.Mto 5:00 P.M.

 

Anyone who wishes to speak at the public hearing should request to do so in writing. The written request must be received by the Agency within 5 business days after publication of this notice. Written request to speak should be sent to Ms. Wendy Johnson, Deputy Agency Chief Contracting Officer, 156 William Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10038, wjohnson@dycd.nyc.gov. If the Department of Youth and Community Development receives no written requests to speak within the prescribed time, the Department reserves the right not to conduct the public hearing.
