IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Police Department of the City of New York and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., located at 13901 Aviator Way, Fort Worth, Texas 76177, for the provision of Four New Twin Engine Helicopters and One Pre-Owned Training Helicopter and Related Goods and Services and the Aviation Unit of the Police Department of the City of New York. The contract amount shall be $2,510,822 over the term of this Contract. The contract term shall be for two years from the Notice to Proceed. The contract contains three, 2-Year Renewal Options.
