Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2013, at 49-51 Chambers Street (Bank Lobby), Borough of Manhattan, commencing at 10:00 AM on the following:

                       

IN THE MATTER of two proposed contracts between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Contractors listed below, to provide Recovery Centers for Mental Health Services. The contract term shall be from January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2015 with an option to renew for two additional three-year terms, from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018, and from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2021.

Draft copies of the proposed contracts are available for public inspection at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Contracts, 42-09 28th Street, 17th Floor, CN 30A, Queens, NY  11101-4132, from October 4, 2013 to October 17, 2013, excluding weekends and holidays, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST).
