Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (NYC HPD) intends to enter into Sole Source negotiations with Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. (ECS) to provide technical support and enhancements to HPD’s mortgage service computer application for all construction and permanent loans serviced by HPD and other entities. The support would include bug fixes and upgrades for the system application. The Loan Servicing System (SV) is the intellectual property of Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. (ECS) licensed to Department of Housing Preservation and Development of the City of New York. Any firm who has been authorized by Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. (ECS) and believes it can provide these requirements is invited to do so in a letter or email to the HPD contact person listed in this notice of intent.
