Description
The NYC Dept of Huosing Preservation and Development (HPD) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. to migrate data from HPD`s Microsoft Access Compliance database into the Emphasys Multi-Family Compliance (MF) System, a proprietary system, which the Agency is using to track Low Income Housing Tas Credit (LIHTC) and HOME Compliance. HPD is seeing a vendor to migrate data currently existing in one of HPD`s databases, and is comprised of 3 distinct data sets; tenant data, project data and entity contact data. Each component will require separate analysis and the creation of distinct scripts to convert the data to a format which will be used to migrate into the MF system or used to update/override data already in the MF system. The MF system is the intellectual property of Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. licensed to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development of the City of New York. Any firm who believes it can provide this requirement is invited to do so in a letter or email to the HPD contact person
