17. The Department intends to enter into a sole source negotiation with ImageWork Technologies Corp, to provide maintenance and technical support services for the Vital Records Management System (VRMS) Software. Any firm which believes that it can provide these services is invited to indicate an expression of interest by letter which must be received no later than December 3,2012 by 4:00 PM. Expressions of interest should be sent in writing to the attention of the above Contracting Manager, no later than December 3,2012.
