Description
This notice of intent to enter into negotiations is being published for informational purposes. The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) intends to enter into negotiations with CourtSmart Digital Systems, Inc., 51 Middlesex Street, Suite 128, N. Chelmsford, M.A. 01863 to supply hardware and support services to upgrade the existing CourtSmart courtroom digital recording system.
