Description
The Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, d/b/a Brooklyn Bridge Park, is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the long-term lease, development and operation of a mixed-use development, including hotel, residential and restaurant uses (the “Site”) on two parcels of land
(the “Developments Parcels”) within the Brooklyn Bridge Park project (the “Park”). Located on Pier 1, nestled between the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and the Brooklyn Bridge, the Site is a rare opportunity to develop a destination waterfront hotel and residential complex.
