Description
DOITT is purchasing maintenance and technical services for software ag licenses. The city owns software ag perpetual licenses and the contractor is the only entity that can provide software maintenance services for its proprietary licensed software applications. The notice of intent to enter sole source negotiations was published from june 29, 2010 through July 6, 2010 in the City Record.
