Pursuant to Section 4-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules (”PPB”), the Mayor`s Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator (”CJC”) is exercising the first of the two renewal options with New Yor Asian Women`s Center for the provision of the above-referenced services. The next renewal option will be from 7/1/2012 to 6/30/2014.
Description
New York Asian Women`s Center is located at 39 Bowery, PMB 375, New York, NY 10002, provides coordinated services to victims of human trafficking through the provision of emergency shelter, housing and case management, advocacy, counseling, information and referrals.

The term of the above contract will be from 7/1/2010 through 6/30/2012 with (1) one two-year option to renew from 7/1/2012 - 6/30/2014 which is contingent upon the ability of the Mayor`s Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator to secure the appropriate level of funding.

The anticipated funding level for New York Asian Women`s Center is $50,000 for July 1,2010 through June 30,2011 and $50,000 for July 1,2011 through June 30,2012.
