The Campaign Finance Board intends to enter into negotiations with Hyland Software, Inc. for maintenance services and software upgrades and enhancements for the proprietary OnBase® Information Management System software. Onbase® is a document management tool used by the CFB to store, retrieve, and route documents. Any firm which believes it can provide the required services for this procurement now or in the future is invited to so indicate by email to SMA@nyccfb.info by April 9, 2010.
