HPD intends to enter into a sole source negotiations with Emphasys Software (Emphasys) for a Software License Agreement to utilize Emphasys Einstein software. The software to be utilized is proprietary intellectual property of Emphasys to be licensed to HPD of the City of New York. Any firm who believes it could also provide this requirement now or in the future is invited to do so in a letter to the HPD contact person.
