Description
INTENT TO AWARD - The New York City Marketing Development Corporation located at 22 Cortlandt Street, 12th Fl., NY, NY 10007 intends to award non-exclusive licensing rights to city-owned intellectual property to: Daron Worldwide Trading, Inc., 24 Stewart Place, Unit 4, Fairfield, NJ.
The Licensing Agreement shall commence upon written notice from NYC Marketing to Licensee and continue through 12/31/09 with an option at the City`s sole discretion to renew for the period 1/1/10 through 12/31/12.
The category of the proposed non-exclusive licensing agreement will be for Non-Authentic Play Sets, and the prospective licensee will be awarded licensing rights in this category as follows:
Licensing of Intellectual Property to Manufacture, Advertise, Promote and Sell Non-Authentic Play Sets that include the City’s Trademarks.
The Licensing Agreement shall commence upon written notice from NYC Marketing to Licensee and continue through 12/31/09 with an option at the City`s sole discretion to renew for the period 1/1/10 through 12/31/12.
