Description
INTENT TO AWARD - The New York City Marketing Development Corporation located at 22 Cortlandt Street, 12th Fl., NY, NY 10007 intends to award non-exclusive licensing rights to city-owned intellectual property to: Gennaro Jewelers, Inc., 410 Bedford Avenue, Bellmore Village, NY 11710.
The Licensing Agreement shall commence upon written notice from NYC Marketing to Licensee and continue through 12/31/09 with an option at the City`s sole discretion to renew for the period 1/1/10 through 12/31/12.
The category of the proposed non-exclusive licensing agreement will be a non-exclusive licensing agreement for Fine Solid Gold Jewelry. The prospective licensee that will be awarded licensing rights in this category shall be as follows:
Licensing of Intellectual Property to Manufacture, Advertise, Promote and Sell Fine Solid Gold Jewelry, Customized and Personalized Fine Solid Gold Jewelry and Precious and other Metal Watches that include the City’s Trademarks, which may only be sold to active or retired members (or their authorized designees) of the City’s uniformed services, unless otherwise directed by the City - Gennaro Jewelers, Inc.
