Description
Local Law#10/81 mandated one year inspections and either two or five year tests. These shall be performed on a per device basis as specified in the contracts. Bidders must possess a Private Elevator Inspection Agency License issued by the New York City Department of Buildings and must have in their employ a minimum of three (3) full time inspectors who are qualified and licensed to perform tests/inspections on devices similar to those referenced in the contracts. Each contract is for a three year period and the contract amounts are $400,000 each.
