Contract Documents will be available between the hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Pre-Kindergarten Student Transportation Services for Children in Pre-K Center-Based, Early Intervention and Related Service Programs. It is strongly suggested that you attend a voluntary Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, March 2, 2006 at 10:00 AM at 40 Worth Street, Room 814, New York, NY 10013. Any persons attending the Pre-Bid Conference must enter through 220 Church Street, New York, NY. Due to increased building security, attendees should allow extra time to clear security and ensure that proper photo identification is available upon request. A deposit of $50.00 in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to New York City Department of Transportation is required to obtain each bid document. No Cash Accepted. Refund will be made only for Contract Bid/Proposal Documents that are returned in its original condition. Please ensure that your company`s address, telephone and fax numbers are submitted by your company (or messenger service) when picking-up contract documents.
