Description
The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, limestone crack and spall repairs, anchorage (pinning) of displaced limestone panels and the removal and replacement of broken limestone panels. It also includes concrete spall repairs, replacement of cracked masonry, brick pointing and the installation of a sidewalk shed to protect the general public during construction duration.

There is a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING scheduled for 2/15/06 (See bid package for details). Contract duration is 120 days. The project estimate is $150,000 to $200,000. Bid security and performance and payment bonds are not required on bids and contracts under $250,000.
