Description
INTENT TO AWARD - The New York City Marketing Development Corporation located at 22 Cortlandt Street, 12th Fl., NY, NY 10007 intends to award non-exclusive licensing rights to city-owned intellectual property to: 4004 Incorporated, 12 Harbor Park, 5, Port Washington, NY 11050, Drew Pearson Marketing, 15006 Beltway Drive, Addison, TX 75001, Torkia International, Inc., 23-41 Borden Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101, and New York Popular, Inc., 254 36th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232.
The Licensing Agreement shall be from 1/1/06 through 12/31/09 with an option at the City`s sole discretion to renew for the period 1/1/10 through 12/31/12.
The categories of the proposed non-exclusive licensing agreements will be for Adult Apparels and Accessories, Children`s Apparel and Accessories and Souvenirs. The prospective licensees that will be awarded licensing rights in each of these categories shall be as follows:
Adult Apparel and Accessories - 4004 Incorporated, Drew Pearson Marketing, Torkia International, Inc., New York Popular, Inc.
Children`s Apparel and Accessories - 4004 Incorporated, Torkia International, Inc.
Souvenirs - Torkia International, Inc.
