RENOVATE CHILDCARE PLAYGROUND – Competitive Sealed Proposals – Judgment required in evaluating proposals - PIN# 2005LM092001 – DUE 08-10-05 AT 3:00 P.M. – The City University of New York is seeking Architectural/Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services to design, prepare contract documents and perform construction administration for the relocation and renovation of the Childcare Playground at Lehman College. Scope of services includes the design of new safety play surface with required site preparation and drainage, the selection adn sitting of appropriate playground equipment, as well as the design of paving, garden walls and landscaping.
Firms who wish to considered for this project should submit two (2) copies of firm brochure, client names and phone numbers from previous similar projects, latest SF254 & 255 forms, EEO Policy Statements, latest financial statement, list and description of similar completed projects and proposed project team. Consultant must be licensed to practice in NY State. Selection of firms to be made in accordance with CUNY procedures. Minority business subcontracting goal: 10% Women-owned business subcontracting goal: 5%.
