Description
The New York City Law Department intends to enter into sole source negotiations with NetManage, Inc. for provision of Rumba Office OneStep Service and Support Renewal. Beginning September 1, 2004, resellers were no longer authorized to renew existing OneStep contracts for NetManage customers. Rumba Office software provides PC users to see mainframe emulation on their desktops. The annual maintenance agreement shall provide product updates and upgrades at no charge, and unlimited technical support. The requirement is for service and support on three hundred (300) licenses. Any firm that believes it can provide the above-referenced services is invited to do so indicated by letter, which must be received no later than the vendor response date indicated in this notice.
