DOCUMENT IMAGING SERVICES – Negotiated Acquisition (S/A) – PIN# 003OCT200411 – DUE 10-11-04 AT 3:00 P.M. – The Board of Elections intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition with Xerox The Document Company to acquire Document Imaging Services. Any firm which believes it can also provide this service in the future is invited to so indicate by letter at Board of Elections, 42 Broadway, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10004, Attention: Elliot Borack.
The ACCO has determined that for this particular procurement it is in the City’s best interest to negotiate with only the subject contractor based on the fact the supplier is the current contractor and pursuant to 3-04(b)(2)(l)(D) of the PPB Rules and there is a compelling need to negotiate with the subject contractor to ensure continuity of services.
