Description
INTENT TO AWARD AS A CONCESSION the use of two municipal parking spaces for carsharing services in the Borough of Brooklyn, for a License Term of one year to Zipcar New York Inc., 207 W. 25th Street, New York, New York 10001. The guaranteed annual compensation payment for each parking space shall be $900, each to be paid in twelve equal monthly payments of $75.00 a month. In the event the Licensee continues to occupy the Licensed Area at the City's discretion, the guaranteed annual compensation payment shall be increased by 5% per year. In addition to the guaranteed annual compensation, for each parking space that is the subject of this License, starting the first day of the seventh full month of Licensee's operation carsharing services, and continuing throughout the term of this License, the Licensee agrees to pay Licensor 25% of all gross receipts over $1,285.00 that are received by Licensee in that month for that parking spot.
