Description
The New York City Law Department intends to enter into sole source negotiations with EMC,Corp. ("EMC") for provision of EMC IP4700 Software and Hardware Maintenance. EMC is a leading supplier of intelligent enterprise storage hardware and software products, and is the only company authorized to support their products. The annual maintenance agreement shall provide global field service, 7X24X365 telephone support, proprietary software bug fixes, updates or upgrades, and proprietary hardware diagnostic fixes. The requirement is for software and hardware maintenance for one (1) IP4700 networked storage system. Any firm that believes it can provide the above-referenced services is invited to do so, indicated by letter, which must be received no later than the vendor response date indicated in this notice.
