Description
DOF intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Q-Matic Corporation for the acquisition of consulting services and software licenses and hardware to be used with the Department's Q-Matic System that manages and/or sequences customer selection for the Department's Payment Operations Division. Q-Matic is the sole owner of the items of hardware and software.
