PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR THE BELL AND HOWELL CHECK INSERTER / MAILING MACHINE; MODEL; MAILSTAR 400AIM, AND ITS SOFTWARE – Sole Source – PIN# 01504BIS00001 – DUE 06-16-03 AT 3:00 P.M. – Please be advised that the New York City Comptroller’s Office intends to enter into negotiations, on a sole source basis, with Bell and Howell Mail and Messaging Technologies; the Manufacturer, to provide Maintenance and Support for the Bell and Howell Check Inserter / Mailing Machine, Model: Mailstar 400 AIM and its AUI Software.
In accordance with Section 3-05(c)(l) of the City’s Procurement Policy Board Rules (the “PPB Rules”), the New York City Comptroller’s Office is requesting expressions of interest from suppliers qualified to compete on this procurement now or in the future.
Expressions of Interest should be sent in writing to Anita Grant, at 1 Centre Street, Room 701, New York, NY 10007 or e-mailed to agrant@comptroller.nyc.gov. Expressions of interest received will be evaluated; if it appears that the requested services are available from more than a single source, a solicitation shall be issued in accordance with Chapter 3 of the PPB Rules.
