MAINTENANCE OF THE MOORE PS-1 FOLDER/ SEALER SYSTEM-MODEL NUMBERS: 8158 (FOLDER /NESTER), 4800 (SEALER) AND 8140 (HI-CAP FEEDER) – Sole Source – Available only from a single source - PIN# 01504BIS0002 – DUE 06-16-03 AT 2:00 P.M. – The New York City Comptroller’s Office intends to enter into negotiations, on a sole source basis, with Moore North America Inc. to provide maintenance and support for the Moore PS-1 Folder/Sealer System, who is the manufacturer of this equipment.
In accordance with Section 3-05(c)(l) of the City’s Procurement Policy Board Rules (the “PPB Rules”), the New York City Comptroller’s Office is requesting expressions of interest from suppliers qualifed to compete on this procurement now or in the future.
Expressions of Interest should be sent in writing to Anita Grant, at 1 Centre Street, Room 701; New York, NY 10007 or e-mailed to agrant@comptroller.nyc.gov. Expressions of interest received will be evaluated; if it appears that the requested services are available from more than a single source, a solicitation shall be issued in accordance with Chaper 3-8 of the PPB Rules.
